Parachute singer Cheryl Cole is said to be recovering from her malaria but should take yoga to relieve her stress levels, experts say. British newspaper the Sun said the 27-year-old will get better from her illness in six weeks. But Cheryl has been ordered by medics to deal with her stress levels and nutrition.
One of their suggestions to reduce stress is that she should participate in Pilates and yoga. They have also said she should not carry on with her blood-type diet. It has been reported that Cheryl will be better in time for the boot-camp stage of the talent competition X-Factor. Cole has had a rough year after splitting from her husband, footballer Ashley Cole.
