Join certified Hatha yoga instructor Melissa Russo for a “Yoga Journey” at the Dietrich Theater in downtown Tunkhannock. “Yoga Journeys,” the weekly television series as seen on ECTV and set to launch on WVIA Jan.6 at 11:30 a.m., will be featured at the theater on Nov.13 at 11 a.m. Children and their families are invited to go on Journeys of yoga relaxation and breathing exercises, as well as a health-based activity exploration.

This interactive presentation will conclude with a screening of a Yoga Journeys Episode. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket, however they are not required for participation. This program is geared for families with children ages 6 years old and up and admission is free.
